Conditions of shuttle

Any customer wishing to benefit from the transfer service is required to respect a certain number of conditions for different orders.

Reservation procedure:

Reservations can be made online via our site by referring to the transfer simulator who will communicate to you all information relating to your reservation.

Rdelay or change of flight schedule:

In one of these cases, the customer is required to notify us by sending us an email containing information concerning the new schedule changes.

Cancellation of reservation:

For reasons or others, some customers find themselves obliged to cancel their reservations, in this case the deposit paid previously will not be refunded to the customer unless the reason for canceling the reservation is due to cancellation of the flight.
